1. Cancellation and Order Change Window

You may request to cancel or change your order within 4 hours of placing it. Within this window, you may request order cancellation, changes to product size, color, quantity, shipping address, or other minor corrections when possible.

2. How to Request a Cancellation or Change

To request a cancellation or order change, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include your order number, the name used on the order, the email address used at checkout, and a clear explanation of the requested change.

3. After the 4-Hour Window

After the 4-hour window has passed, your order may already be in processing, production preparation, or shipping preparation. At that stage, cancellations and changes may no longer be possible.

4. Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an address error, please contact us immediately within the cancellation and order change window.

5. Returned or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, we may offer reshipment after the correct address is confirmed and any applicable reshipping fee is paid.
